Bought my 2007 TDV8 in November. Lovely car but had some issues when I went to pick it up, agreed the deal and would be sorted and took the car.

Since this time it has been back around 10 times, either because they didn't fix something they said they would or did something else to compound an issue or created another issue.

Was passed to their Repair Centre in Southampton to fix some issues with paint, been back 3 times and still unhappy with what they have done.

Been in touch with the Chief Exec (Glyn Woodage) of Harwoods Group, a sorry but thats it.

NOT IMPRESSED.....

You'd think being a director Glyn Woodage would care.
I mean, it may dent their profits otherwise... only a smidge over 5 million last year.

Sorry, I generally find big companies don't care unless it becomes more public.
One customer is usually just not that important.

Fox: you hit the nail on the head........They just don't really care, they have enough business from others and one person moaning about poor service they just ignore.

Andy - don't waste your time "in house" - go straight to Land Rover.
You will get letter a from them who will then refer back to the franchise.
It worked for me -

I've read lots of bad press on Harwoods and last week I asked them to quote on a basic service for my FF and it was £200 more than Guy Salmon in Porstsmouth who eventually carried out the work. I work in Basing view (2 miles from LR) yet they couldn't collect it. I've got stuff to say about Guy Salmon though, in another thread. Regards
