Servicing

My L405 is coming up to a year old.
Normally with my cars I would get a service at 12 months even if the mileage was less than suggested on the grounds that oil degrades and gets 'dirty' with time and its replacement with new filters can only be good for the engine.
With lockdown the cars mileage is lower than normal and a service will probably be due at the 15-18 month age point.
I know that synthetic oils reduce degredation and are an improvement but...

So was wondering what members thoughts were on this, do I go by the car service indicator nag screen or do it at the year point regardless of mileage

Personally, I'd get it serviced. If something went wrong, there are instances where LR will refuse a warranty claim, also if this is the first service, you've got any swarf from manufacturing circulating round your engine. Your profile doesn't say whether its a V6 or V8, diesel or petrol, oil changes on the V6 are really important.

Isn't it on 12 month service intervals anyway? Mine is and if so, you'll need to get it done to maintain the warranty. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid
