Fuel filter Assy electrical connector.

Hi everyone
I’m looking for someone who has managed to solve my problem here. It’s the answer to how this connection actually comes apart? Doesn’t appear to have a catch to push in etc. Tried my best but nothing seems to work. Help therefore would be greatly appreciated. Big Cry

Hopefully photo is attached to this!

Press down on the top right section as pictured above... If that fails, you can always insert a small pick like object in the left top and flick the clip downwards sir Thumbs Up

Thanks Craig, I'll have another go tomorrow now as rain stopped play. I couldn't detect any movement though so I'll give it a spray of WD40 first. Regards Dave

Electrical connecror re Fuel Filter

Hi Craig
Having a bit more time this morning I had a another look at this. Gave it a little WD40 and followed your suggestions and it worked!!! Sounds silly considering what jobs many on here accomplish but it really helps to know “how” rather than trying to force something. I guess the connector has been cooking under the bonnet for many years.

Happy days and thanks again.😄

Dave
