Td6 whistle on throttle shut off

Hi all
On my 2006 td6 I’ve just noticed (it may have always been there) a whistle when I let my foot off the accelerator almost like a quiet dump valve !! Is that right? Been driving with windows down a bit recently and just noticed it !!
