Hey guys I bought one of these tool kits about 8 months ago and for the price (£190) I've got to say it's probably the best piece of kit I've ever bought. It has everything you need to work on your car at home with all the torx and hex bits and everything else you need and a lifetime warranty. 5 star reviews so thought I would share if anyone on here is looking for a complete tool kit.

I’m looking to purchase one of these tool kits (partially a Father’s Day present too) so it’s nice to hear some positive comments about it!

I have a couple of Halfords Advanced set's that are both well over 10 years old and have been used and abused but are still excellent!

Halfords have regular sales on these sets - so unless it's an urgent need, it's worth watching their website for a while. |

I’ve been looking at the deals available with little luck so far, and was hoping for a Father’s Day deal coming along… no such luck yet!

I too have been using the Halfords Advanced kit for years. It's great quality and has taken everything I've thrown at it. Kev

Ffrr lover if you know someone that has a Halfords trade card maybe you could use that to get a trade discount. Silly me forgot my brother has one because he works at land rover in Solihull so I could have got mine cheaper. |

Best too watch out for the sales, you can normally get a better bargain than the trade card discount.

I also bought this too at the same time I bought the tool kit. I've used it twice and took the nuts of with ease. Not used it on the fattie yet but so much easier and quicker than using a wheel brace.
