Dog Crate Recommendations

Hi Folks,

Looking to get a dog crate for the new car, I used a mesh crate before but it rattled like hell so prepared to invest in something a little more study. I am looking for a single box for a female Sprocker as I want to still use the rest of the boot. Do owners have any recommendations?

Regards,

I looked at those, I like the idea I can use in my other car and shorten the depth. 2021 L405 Vogue D300

TRANSK9 are brilliant, they are designed to fit in specific cars, we have one for my daughters Discovery Sport and its perfect and excellent customer service and british (well scottish)

They will also resell yours if you no longer need it, I researched a lot and they the best i could find and even better not a single rattle.

As above posts transK9 and Lintran are the go to brands for sturdy custom fit crates.

Whilst I realise it does not afford a similar level of protection and they are not suitable for all dogs, I prefer the ease and versatility of this:

Particularly useful for me as I regularly have the boot filled up and put this crate on the back seats. It doesn’t damage the seats or trim etc.
Thumbs Up

Transk9 are by far the quietest dog crate, no rattles and very sturdy. I have a B41 for my Labrador (29kgs) and it's very good Thumbs Up All LR cars from 1984

We have a 4pets PRO, its TUV etc really well made and silent. We had it in the L322 & L405 and haven't heard anything from it at all.

It's nice to have a clean car, and the crate certainly keeps it all enclosed. Sold - Bell a 2015 MY16 Loire Blue Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

Thanks for all the suggestions folks, we decided to go with the TransK9 in the end and ordered today. Main reason for the choice was after speaking with the team there we realised the B41 model would fit in both the RR and the Subaru Forester we have, and also I like the solid roof which will help prevent the dog from marking the headlining when she shakes dry in the car Smile 2021 L405 Vogue D300
