I have just replaced my oil cooler, upper and lower thermostat housing, along with the left valve cover gasket (as looking to the car from the front. ) On putting it all back together I am having restricted performance issues. Will drive ok unless i boot it. 2700rpm then restricted performance.

Codes from scanner are:

P268C-51 State: Permanent Cylinder 1 - Injector data incompatible

P268C-00 State: Permanent Cylinder 1 - Injector data incompatible

P004C-77 State: Pending Turbo/supercharger boost control solenoid B - circuit low

P004B-71 State: Pending Turbo/supercharger boost control solenoid B - circuit range/performance

All injectors went back into the same hole they came out off? So I assumed I didn't need to re-code?


Any one any ideas or how i can check anything. Oh and this is an sdv8 4.4

Also to Add the p268c- codes do not put the Engine light on but are present as soon as you read for any faults.

Just as an update I have sorted this problem out. All codes pointed to the second turbo and it not being allowed to boost. This was the case but the restriction was caused by one of the vacuum pipes not being in its correct place. The pipe in question was one that is inserted into the right valve cover, near injector 1. Sometimes it's the simplest of solutions. But so happy its back running as it should.
