Power folding mirrors on my 2011 autobiography stopped working suddenly. The mirror glass is still electrically adjustable, it's just that they don't fold/unfold when you lock/unlock the car. The mirror housings now rotate inwards towards the door when you close the door so am constantly having to push them back out so I can see down the side of the car while driving.

Tried to find relevant fuses behind the glove box. Google search brings up a number of posts saying it's 30A fuses numbers 11+24 but those fuse numbers are not 30A on mine and do not seem relevant (one being to do with towing and the other being something to do with lights). I think these posts are referencing pre-facelift fusebox perhaps (i.e. it would be right for a 3.6 but isnt right for my 4.4TDV8)?

I've tried swapping the 25A fuses that apparently relate to the drivers and passenger doors (fuses 30+32) with the fuses for the rear doors. They all looked ok on inspection and nothing has changed since the swap, I doubt 3 or 4 fuses that all look ok are actually blown so I doubt it's that.

Can anyone help with this please? Where and which are the relevant fuses? Do I need to reset or resync anything once I've changed them? If it's not fuses, what else could it be?

Have you tried holding the switch “on” for a few seconds ?

what switch are we talking about? The mirrors fold automatically when the car gets locked / unfolt when it's unlocked, i dont press a button for it
