As per the title, when I have an incoming call everything works perfectly aside from the fact there's no ringtone in the car to alert you of the call, so I've actually missed a couple as I hadn't seen the notification on the screen and answered it in time

Any ideas?

I've been through the settings and can't find anything, and tried the search function on the forum but it doesn't seem to be working

I’m not an expert, but that sounds more like an issue/setting on your mobile phone.

The L322 is just a Bluetooth headset.

Is your phone set to auto answer when a headset is connected or something similar?

No auto answer on at the moment. I can check phone settings but I thought the car "rang" for an incoming call too?

Has in every other car I've had, does the FF not ring? For instance if your phone was on silent, the car usually still rings to alert you of an incoming call (assuming it's paired to the car etc.) 2011 Vogue SE Tdv8 FFRR

Does it mute the radio when someone rings?

Or does it do nothing?

Yes it mutes the radio (if it's on) or any other audio playing at the time.

Makes and receives calls as it should, all controls work as they should.

My 2011 Vogue SE has also stopped ringing.
I get the ringing on the phone, so not a major problem, but it definitely used to ring on the car speakers.
My phone is an iphone7.

The only thing that could have changed, Apple are always doing software upgrades ??

I have recently been messing around with the car volume settings to get the Sat Nav voice a bit louder, but can’t think that should stop it getting incoming ring tones.

My BMW changes the ringtone volume with the cars volume controls, all the from 0 to deafening, try an incoming call and crank up the volume on the car controls.

I'd be curious for an update too... my IPhone 7 used to ring in the car with no issues (2012 Westminster) but having recently upgraded to an IPhone 12 it no longer rings. Calls work ok as stated by Michael, but without the ring a call is easily missed...

Clearly suggests a phone issue or setting, but who knows what it is!

I have spent over an hour this afternoon trying different volume settings , test calls , phone settings, but it still doesn’t ring like it used to. Luckily my iPhone has a fairly loud ring so I can still answer incoming calls no problem, not that many people ring me these days …
