2011 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Alaska White

Steering wheel volume control stopped working

My steering wheel volume control has stopped working. All other buttons are functioning. I’ve searched and found the rotary coupler could be the candidate. I was wondering if there are any intermediate steps I could take before disassembling the steering wheel. Is there any reset function or handy routine in the IID tool?

Did you ever find the fault? I have the same on mine since this morning the volume button just stopped working, I was in a rush so I didn’t plug the fault code computer in.
