Don I need to disconnect both battery terminals?

Hi all
Just a quick question, after reading the very useful guide on how to change the BCU, I have decided to swap mine to try to solve the heavy steering. My question is, do I need to disconnect both the negative and positive terminal or just the negative and wait for 20mins?
