Mine does it - and I wonder how much this goes towards filling up the rear light clusters with rain water, so we have to drill a tiny hole in cluster lower corner to act as a drainage outlet. The gully area at the top of hatch seems to amass rainwater - but looks fairly lubed up/coated to deal with taking on the roll of a small swimming pool... hopefully!   | ||

I think the light cluster (well L322 anyways) join seals open up sometimes, and rainwater ingress is soon becoming. My silicone reseal didn't work. | ||
