Have an intermittent fault with 2005 L322 TD6
I'ts like a shuddering/over revving or staggered acceleration
When "On road Info" is selected on touchscreen:
She is jumping from Hi to Lo when this fault occurs usually at motorway speeds
I believe that the root cause is the Potentiometer in the transfer motor
My question is can I just unplug the power (circular connector) to transfer motor and tie it off.
I never use Lo range but is it safe to do so?
