So you don't cycle the actual window up and down just the switch repeatedly to the up position? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

I'm sure that's what I did too on my passenger side recently. It stopped going up so I just repeated holding the switch up a few times with the window still shut if that makes sense. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

That’s what I did for all windows (and sunroof) after reconnecting battery. You will hear a faint click after a second or two holding the switch in the up position, presumably a relay, solenoid or whatever resetting. 2011MY 4.4TDV8 Autobiography Baltic Blue

Use IID tool and it will do all the windows in one go. Christian.

Great tip. I applied this yesterday to my car where two windows on the drivers side lost it. All good again. |
