Blimey, it’s twice her age! Definitely an interesting choice, how does she manage for insurance? |

Brilliant car. I had one as a company car and loved it. Hated the MkIII replacement I was given and chopped out of company cars after a year with it, since when it’s been Solihull products all the way! |

Had an oak green f plate 16v, still pine for it, but transmission sheared at the crown wheel, had to get a loan to fix it, then forced to sell, prices are climbing now. Well played, proper driving experience, get the back wheel off the ground, first time I did that , sh@t myself. |

That’s the thing , no denying modern cars are great , but the sense of connectedness is just not there anymore . |

We had a mk2 valver 3 door. Loved that car the #1 Son arrived and he was a big lad. Couldn’t put up with the back breaking of lifting him in/out so with a heavy heart we got rid. I still blame him today 25 years later. I get dismissed with a roll of the eyes. Hunt for a L405 is on. |

Totally agreed. It will go in her name the insurance and as the main driver. The sooner she builds up NCB the better the premiums will become. |
