S/C side vents - how much?

I've been offered a brand new pair for £150- is that a good price? Reason I'm asking here and not phoning the dealer is cos it's Sunday night and the seller needs a decision this evening! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

That grill? Fits that a 2004 Model. Where can I get it from and for how much?. Going at 2.4.09 probably purchase a 2004 4.4l Vogue.
