Yes, we use them regularly to look after 4 or 5 cars for us and have done for 3-4 years now.

Have never had a problem with them. They are very busy though so quite often need 3-4 weeks notice to get cars booked in.

Yes, I've used them a few times, very good guys who seem to know what they're doing, most appear to be ex-JLR guys.
