Having finally had my TDV8 Vogue returned from the dealer ( see “Intermittent Limp Mode”) I am finding that the battery is losing charge very quickly, due to a significant drain. On first locking the car the current drain sits at about 9A for several minutes and then slowly drops off. After several hours there is still a discharge of 0.4A . . which seems high.
When the car came back from the dealer I saw that the alarm push button under the bonnet was disconnected, presumably because the bonnet was left open for several weeks in their workshop. I have reconnected it.
Anybody any ideas what might be causing the drain of 0.4A?
