Rear reverse camera wirering

Hi ,can anybody help me,I have a 2005 l322 td6 I want to fit the reverse camera I have brought one,I got the top tailgate inside panel off but there is no wiring to connect to do I need to buy a loom and where does it go to part nos would be appreciated,thanks
