On the 2007 with touchscreen, I want to add Bluetooth for music playback/stream.
SWMBO has and I phone 7 and I'm android, so looking at something like this

To be honest I gave up as the sound quality is pants.. I have now resorted to usb which is easy enough to stick albums on and get all the music's in the folders how I want with good quality music. Only thing that but me is the id3 tags that are not visible. Current:

I have a 64GB SanDisk usb in which I have made folders and I simply copy and paste the downloaded music. The USB needs to be FAT32 and it does in the central console.

Select Portable Music option from the audio menu and that's you. Current:
- L560 Velar HSE R-Dynamic D180
- Peugeot 508 2011 - 2.2 HDi GT

I use one of these through the aux port - no track changing from the wheel or touchscreen. I connect to the stock BT for calls and music only to the receiver
Tucks away in the centre console along with the power with a lead into the rear aux socket for now . Works great

Get an Ezi-dab. That has iPhone and ipad input via a cable. If you have RSE, you can select AUX on your audio screen and use the source selection on the Ezi-dab controller.
You can also play via a USB memory device.
