I’ve got one had it about 12 months. Trickle charges at 0.8 amp or full charge at 5 amp. It is ok for agm batteries and I think it steps down even lower than 0.8 amp once battery is fully charged.
I connect it via 13 pin socket with a home made cable that I can connect clips to.
I’ve got a bigger heavy duty charger but invariably use the Aldi one ensuring it doesn’t get wet. At there price it’s a bargain in my view albeit perhaps not the same quality asa ctek 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23
