Has anyone else been "upgraded" to the latest version (2.9.0) released yesterday? The version that claims "Fuel Operated Heater select ability for Remote Climate"

Its the Land Rover Remote app with the white top half above the green lower half

Unless I'm missing a step here, its a bit broken. The whole option to turn on my Climate (Fuel Burning Heater) is no loner there. I still have the options to Lock & Unlock and Beep & Flash, but the whole page referring to Climate is missing.

Anyone else suffering?

Thankfully the old version (black over green) still appears to work

Just updated, and its all OK with mine.
The climate tab is still there.

Maybe its due to MYxx etc 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue

Kot - thanks for the update. I’ll do some more investigations.

I can report that having just updated the newer white/green app there is no longer a pre-heat option in there for me. I’ve tried the original app where the pre-heat function seems to be present and unchanged.

Just updated and seems ok so far  Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!

Thanks for the update. I glad I'm not going mad. I did seem coincidental that we have the same model and year, whilst other with later models don't seem to be suffering.

Looks like its a MY16 problem as my MY18 is OK 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue

I have the latest version and according to the journeys my car is still in Calais at the Shuttle terminal. Its actually been parked outside my house since Saturday. Strangely, the mileage and fuel tank info is correct, just the location which is wrong. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but makes no difference. I was contacted as we arrived back in Folkestone tonsay the tracker had activated, but as I confirmed all was well they closed off the alert. I suspect that is the reason, but await comment from Land Rover customer services

I’m still waiting an answer from LR.

Interesting. I still have the old version too and that also says the car is in Calais! Something isn’t right.

Same issue here, the other half’s auto upgraded and now she has lost the climate function. My phone still has the previous version and works fine. She’s not happy

MY16 that starts the FBH also, I hope they fix it.

I think you can still download the "old" version. I have old and new versions on my iPhone and they co-exist happily together.

I prefer the look and feel of the older version (green over green icon) but use the new one (white over green icon) only because it reminds me I've not locked the car when it's on the drive  2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography
