United States 2008 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Zermatt Silver
2008 L322 V8 4.4L Won't start

I removed the dashboard to unplug the head unit since it was flickering badly, instead of disconnecting battery I left it hooked up to a battery maintainer. I removed the CD changer also. At this point I didn't have time to put everything back together so I tried starting the car to see if it would fire up, with the battery maintainer still connected. Unfortunately it didnt and I was left putting everything back together. Took my time and once everything was back together I reconnected the battery and per the mechanics advise I then preformed a key reset procedure and it started up. Only thing the next day I got two starts and it wouldn't start. It's been in the mechanic as well as the dealership since oct 2021. At this point I've had a steering angle sensor installed by dealer. Dealer tells me I need complete body harness, my mechanic basically ruined my car now the transmission is not shifting properly. It was fine before and the backup camera is not working now. My mechanic did a bunch of things like bypass steering column, repair neutral safety switch sensor, etc and even then claimed
I needed a new valve body but that didn't work...so now the car is back with me and the only way I can start it is to stick a power probe into the starter relay in the engine fuse box, but the transmission isn't shifting right and I can't drive any faster then 50mph....also the dealer basically jumped the car installed a wire in the engine fuse box to get it to start but it was draining the battery so my mechanic removed it
