As I am gutting the car to get her back to her great self, I wondered if anyone might know of four zone climate
Rear modules were plug and play provided it’s for the correct era ? The plugs are identical but wondered if it needed a different blower or anything? This kind of thing

I have 4 zone and looked into the system when doing some work on the cooling system.

4 zone has its own coolant feed pipes direct to the unit.

Have a look at the workshop manual as it definitely listed some parts exclusively for 4zone.

And I seem to remember the AC system is different too. It def takes more refrigerant when topping the AC up.

Might be another pump or something towards the rear.
