Fault code P0692

Quick question - how to resolve intermittent "reduced engine performance amber warning" caused by fault code P0692 - (Cooling Fan 1 relay control circuit high.)
2012 Vogue Autobiography 5.0 S/C
Only occurs during the first start in the morning. after re-starting it doesn't occur again until the next morning.
I've checked the fuses and all good..
Any other ideas gents please?
