JMC - what make roof tent is that? What rack is it bolted to? Thumbs Up

Delay in answering as I've just come home from a week in the Outer Hebrides! Cool

Roof Tent is an Autohome Columbus (XL). The (3) cross bars are Rhino Rack. The rear tent is the genuine LR accessory (by Khyam).

I believe the Autohome tent is now the genuine LR Defender option too. Not cheap mind! Whistle

I think I may have what you want? I have a Land Rover tent. I think it’s called a day tent? Is that right?

does anybody know the max weight you can have the RR roof bars? i was looking at the tent box carbon as you have rails on top if s can carry bikes etc but the tent is 75kg i think then add bikes going to be about 100kg, any body know if this is ok?

Forgive me Paul, but it's a private site and I'm not at liberty to divulge the location, as the owners would be most upset with queues of folks looking to spend the night there! Wink Whistle The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

Mine is a three-bar Rhino Rack with specific mounts which are designed for the Rangie, so that all three bars are perfectly level with each other.

The specification for the L322 has a roof loading limit which is much less than the weight of a roof tent and two adults, but this is a dynamic load limit (while driving) and not a static one. The tent plus two adults is well within the static load limit.

No ideas if they are still available or not I'm afraid.

This is the place to ask for them though:
