How often should you tick over an unused car??

We (my wife) has an old Audi convertible, I had it Motd last month and since last MOT (18 Months, sorned) it had done 600 miles, she has smashed her leg after falling off a bloody horse and will definitely not be able to drive a manual for 6 months, so question to you lovely people is how often should I tick it over, I don't drive it as it is too small for me, thanks

Edit - Only sorned for 6 of the months since last MOT

My own view is not to start it unless taking it out on a proper drive & up to full temperature - stationery idling possibly does more harm than good. Sure others will have differing views on this though Thumbs Up

Would be better putting a trickle charger/battery conditioner on it to keep that good. The either up on stands or increased tyre pressure to prevent flat spots?
Then full service and brake service before using it next?

Thanks Chaps, have just given it a quick drive and all good, passed MOT after 18 months with no advisories and starts up on first click even after 3 months, NOT an FFRR but it is old so they built them better back in the day Rolling with laughter

And leave it with the handbrake off but tyres chocked if that’s an option. Also you may want to consider some fuel stabiliser if it’s petrol L322 TD6 2003
