I got 9 litres out but the vac pump appears to have stopped working. Handle won’t press down easily and if I force it it just rises again. So it won’t suck anymore out, I’ve poured most of the oil out of the pump but no change anyone experienced this and if so what do I do? Geoff |

Must have a blocakge somewhere, I'd pour 1/2 pint of white spirit in it and give it a good skake normal & inverted, see of that clears it.

Thanks guys it actually sorted itself after I left it a while. Got the new oil in but can’t read the level, need to reset the service indicator and car now thinks bonnet is open (alarm is quite load) all jobs for tomorrow as it’s going dark here. Geoff |
