L405 Rubber Mat Alternatives!

So, does anyone else agree that the JLR rubber mat option for the 405 is woeful?

Well, i came across an alternative the other day... £142 from JLR which are made for a D5 commercial! Go figure...

Can’t believe I never thought to check that - do both the front ones fit properly?

Yes they do sir… Can’t take credit for thinking of it! A 2022 D5 commercial came in for an oil change a week or so ago and they were in that… 👍

Many thanks to Craig for finding this solution. Having just used a whole tube of Aquasure to mend the 405 mat (for the second time) I'll go for this when that repair wears out. Only Range Rovers since 1988

I bought a set of these, much better than the standard ones. Still a bit pricey but worth it IMHO, three years old and still look as new (when washed Rolling with laughter Whistle ). Geoff

I have those as well, to replace the drivers mat that wore out very quickly. Twisted Evil

I prefer the look of the D5 commercial set though. Thumbs Up

If there's a LHD D5 Commercial, you'd like to think so.

I have no idea. We don’t get the commercial versions in Canada, or the USA. Dan. 🇨🇦 2013 L405 5.0 SCV8
