i bet that plate cost a few quid......saying that when i do a search on that reg it comes back with no matchs so could be a ringer "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

I am fairly certain it is Land Rovers - They register their Corporate Hospitality / VIP Chaufferred Car with this plate - I have seen it was displayed on a Nara Bronze L322 Autobiography shortly before I spotted this one - both seen on the M40...

...maybe it isn't currently registered to a car at this time.
