Update - got my stuff from AutoDoc. Our local Evri deliver guys are good and thanks to them generally using Evri has been fine which I think is a big part of the issues people face, if your local people are crap then the service overall is crap it seems.

They told me my issue was due to temp staff not wanting to deliver anything bigger than a jiffy bag so my box was left at the depo for no reason other than laziness.

They have had to pick up the pieces over the past two days now they are back from holiday, said they had triple the parcels to deliver everyday because of the temp staff no giving a .

If it wasn’t for these nice local delivery people I would never use Evri, but they make it slightly safer to do so for me.
