My -07 runs on 275/50/20 and it´s just perfect.

The roads in Finland are somewhat better maintained than Ireland's....

Just wanted to ask a question about the westminister rims i posted.

The guy got back to me today and said the tyres are 285/50/20 they are cooper At3

Are these pretty wide for these wheels.? I thought these rims take 255/50/20 tyres.
That was the size I was hoping was on them.

He did say the tyres are wider than the rims.

Would this be an issue on my 2006 TD6

285 will be at the upper end of what the rim can take but shouldn't cause an issue. Just a bit odd as to why they went that large - the L322 is heavy enough to grip and a wider contact patch will reduce fuel economy.

The other thing that can happen depending on how hard the compound of the tyre is you end up with the bulging walls, instead of a nice flat side profile, but that's more a cosmetic preference. You can see in the photo this happening, which makes wheels look odd.

One other thing, the L405 in the background of the photo has old L322 TD6 wheels on it... no idea what's going on! 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
