I wasn't aware there are Verde summer tyres. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Nexens don't appear to be the worst choice😁
I've run rodians for the last 9 years with no issues apart from slight increase in noise. Previous cars:
S-Max 2007-2013 (only diesel I've had, good car but expensive when diesely bits go wrong, so what's the point?)
Galaxy 2001-2007
Mondeo Estate 1997-2001
Sierra Estate 1993-1997
Uno Turbo 1987 -1993
Fiesta 1984 - 1987
Fiat 127 1982 - 1984

Cooper AT3’s are far quieter than General AT’s I’ve got a set of 285/50/20’s on mine for winter /shooting season - they are the nicest most comfortable AT’s I’ve driven on in a LR/RR. I’ve had 3 sets of the Grabbers and the Coopers are a far better and more refined tyre.

FWIW I had a set of Nexen Rodians on an L322 and they were truly awful tyres - I removed them after 3k miles

What didn't you like about the Roadians?

Extremely soft side walls which caused rolling, poor road holding, noise and awful in the wet for a road going tyre, for the price they are I suppose it was to be expected. For the minimal extra cost I’d rather spend a bit more and be happy. 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season with the Pirelli NCS (Noise Cancellation System) in them.

They’re great tyres and very quiet on the road.

Got them on both of our L322’s and won’t fit anything else now.

I have gg AT3s . Silent on road, not sure how other tyres are quieter?
Good for moderate off road. For spirited driving on road, no. Scorpions are far better there.
Amazing longevity. 20k miles and I still have 5mm tread.
