Part recognition help

My FFRR returned from the body shop recently with this piece on the rear seat. I can't seem to find its home -

Any help to re-home this insulation part?

Actually that looks like something from inside/behind the door card. Did you have any work done in that area.?

I think it is a spacer or wedge of some description around the door lock rod.?? Ash

The rear door was repainted, they may have taken the card off?
