Apologies for using the forum for this, but I don’t seem to be able to get a response from Duckworths regarding a refund for a part they couldn’t supply. I’ve e mailed a few times and again today, so if anyone from Duckworths is monitoring this, could you check your inbox please?

If you have been emailing Robin, you should have got his autoreply saying he was on holiday and giving two alternative contact details
