Winter tyres needed for caravan in Germany?

Does anyone know if winter tyres are mandatory in Germany , Austria or Switzerland in winter months on a towed unit (my caravan)???
we are off that way for Xmas this year and can’t seem to find what the law states for these countries or regions. I have all season tyres on my caravan and full got full winter tyres for car.[/u]
