How to wire into rear cigarette lighter?

Guys, does anyone know how to wire into one of the rear cigarette lighters to power some Android screens? I have read of many people doing this, but no one says exactly how to do it. I would like to wire into one of the lighters that are right above the floor. Just looking for information on what wires to use and can both screens be wired to one of the cigarette lighters?
