2005 Range Rover Vogue 5.0 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

What Lugs Do I Need?

hey everyone, I have 2005 Range Rover Vogue. It has big 22" rims on it, looks cool.
But my spare is a different Land Rover tire, and the lugs for the 22" don't fit (the lug shafts are too fat). Does anyone know what lugs I need for my spare tire? Any help here with a measurement or Amazon link would be super helpful. I don't want to get into a situation where I need the tire and I can't mount it! The markings on the tire are as follows (and pictures below):

Thanks for this. Yes this is exactly what I need. But now I need to find a link for it somewhere, or maybe the model number? Could it be Land Rover Part Number #RRD000011?

That looks like the original 18” wheels that were standard on the L322 when it was released. I’d prefer them over my 20” wheels. Ron B. VK2OTC
