Leaking dynamic fluid??

Hi All,

My 5.0SC is leaking the dynamic fluid somewhere above the front skid plate. I got a suspension fault that told me to cut the car off then back on. I did and it went away but I smelled what I thought was a coolant leak but turned out to be the dynamic fluid. I took the skid plate off and can see fluid splattered around but cant see where it came from and the lines into the steering pump looked fine with no obvious drips, just splatters...the reservoir level is still between low and max, so I pressure washed the bottom off to see if it will do it again and I can find the leak. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
Mike

Welcome to the forum! Thumbs Up

Check for corrosion around the two active roll bar pipes that run down the right hand side of the chassis rails to the control valve block.

Mine needed replaced because of corrosion behind the rubber clamp holding the pipes secure.

Be careful of running out of fluid, if you do, you can damage the pump too. Big Cry

Mike
