Comfort access lowering

Hi all,

On my previous cars, when I come to a stop, undo seat belt the car would switch off and lower suspension to access height.
My L405 doesn’t do this, only if I press the button on the door or centre console.
The dealer said something from memory about it won’t if you have touched the suspension settings etc. just tried it again today, got in, drove off, touched nothing and it didn’t lower when I stopped etc. any ideas?

Yeah mine too. It’s set to on etc but doesn’t work. The OIB says it should drop unbuckling seat belt, then drop again opening door but doesn’t. The dealer bit I think is reference to it says it will only do it once then not again until you drive etc

i think that the auto lowering came out in 2016? My 2015 doesn't have it and you have to press the door button as you stated

Yeah it came out on the face lift. Mine is a 69 plate
