Hi All,

In the process of getting the last bits for me to fit deployable steps to my 2019 SV.
Have everything now but one thing that's shown in the kit instructions, front fender trim.
The instructions list VPLGP0134 but it looks different than whats on my car as I have the SV body kit.
Anyone know if there is another part or if its not required etc.

The trim on my car is short and the steps come with extra length to protect the steps and look neater, I had front mud flaps fitted and they have to be changed to fit the extra length cover.

Can not find any trim for cars with the SV body kit. Do you have the SV body kit or normal style?

Will try them now. The local dealer here said there isn't one, don't use anything.
I guess the worse case if I did want to use something, have to get the extra bits and the standard painted infill and paint the whole lot as there is no black plastic on the SV body kit.

Did you get the extra protection bits of plastic, and when you ordered did you give them all the specs of your car?

I have got the bits all separate. On TOPIX, its the kit listed for my car and the plastic trim doesnt match the car.
I asked the dealer, who has my VIN etc, is that the only trim and they said yes. They said all the ones they had seen had nothing changed at the front etc.

SV man, they do NOT make the part you're looking for, unfortunately... That panel is only made for the standard body type NOT the SVO kit sir...

Yeah I guessed so as nobody knows of anything. Will see what it looks like with them fitted. Might be a case of getting the one listed above and the painted insert and fully painting it all.

I think you’ll need the standard panel with the cut out, as the step when retracted sits into this recess, which your SV panel may not have?

thinking outside the box here, what about cutting a little bit off the step where it would recess into the trim... ... - .- -.

From what I spotted online, with the SV trim the step sits almost on top of it. The standard trim just adds a bit to blend it in more.

There is no need to cut anything as they can move on the fixings forward /backwards.

the only option is fit nothing extra and sees how it looks for you, but it will show you have steps, as always it's a personal choice

Another option is use some of the bits that are for the RRS.
