Luxury Landrover Upgrades, a sorry purchase 2nd battery kit

Where to start… it’s been a 4 month long saga and still not fully resolved!

I posted on here in July of this year about buying a 2nd battery kit for the L322 and duly did so from LLU, separately I also bought the 2nd battery at the same time. Battery arrived in days, and all good to go. I am currently still waiting on receiving the fully working kit I purchased from LLU in July!!!
After much back & forth on email from Luke there I finally received a package in late October, which was (and still is) only a partial kit - I am missing the inline fuse that should’ve come with the full kit. As I have had to do since purchase I have chased and chased for ANY communication from LLU / Luke and inevitably I get a short sorry email, apologising and telling me that he will sort it out asap etc etc… After emailing again (7th Nov) when I realised the kit was incomplete Luke apologised and told me he’d send out the inline fuse asap - I am still waiting now! I have emailed 3 times and had no communication at all since then, not sure what more I can do now. I am no auto electrician and realise I could easily take it to one to fit the kit for me but it is just all very frustrating.
So maybe just a warning for anyone looking to purchase from Luxury Landrover Upgrades Censored Censored Censored Cheers, Steven.

I have read so many negative things about LLU on various forums I am surprised things have not improved or they have ceased. Whenever they "Spam" Facebook pages any negative comment results in them pulling their Adds.
The second battery kit in Question is no more than a cheap VSR and some wire, nothing magic and with a bit of research can be had for a fraction of the cost with better components with more functionality. Buyer Beware 2007 TDV8 VSE

I do realise it’s not a rocket science piece of kit - I’ve just never been one for electrics. At all! Shocked I will get it sorted and fitted properly to keep myself right. Thumbs Up

Was more of a warning for folks on here as I hadn’t heard anything about them previously myself! Cheers, Steven.
