There is something squeaking behind the dashboard - that may not sound like a big deal but it is a constant high pitched chirp chirp chirp over every little bump and is intensely annoying.

I’ve pull the panels off and the noise seems to be coming from right behind here, near the top, if there is any movement at all… a quick push up near the glovebox gets it going.

Before I pull the whole dash out is there a usual suspect? I can see the fixing at the top has broken at some point but pretty sure that is not the cause. Any help appreciated.

You can usually see where plastic has been rubbing on plastic, I've had success with sticky back felt, stick it where it can't be seen on every site you think needs it...  Pete
