United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV6 Mariana Black
L405 Autobiography. 4.4 TDV8 and 5.0 S/C price differential

I'm back in the market for a FFRR for a third time! Previously I've had an L322 3.6 TDV8 and more recently I've had a 2014 L405 3.0TDV6 Vogue SE.

I probably do 4/5,000 miles a year as I live and work in Manchester City Centre. In the circumstances, I'd presume that a petrol would suit my needs more than an oil burner?

I've seen a couple of cars I'm interested in. One is indeed a 2015 5.0 S/C Autobiography in Corris Grey. when compared to a 4.4TDV8 of the same spec and miles, would you expect to pay more for the petrol model and by how much?

Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom..

In my experience, yes - I searched for my current 2015 5.0 SC for ages before one with the right options came along at a price I was willing to pay (I especially wanted the Reference sound system) but there were plenty of 4.4 SDV8’s available - definitely a price differential of a few k’s at the time.

I’m guessing the ULEZ expansion next year will increase the difference on a like for like spec basis, at least for the 2013-15 models pre the stop/start adblue diesels.
