Anybody running 18 inch wheel rims on a 4.4 TDV8? (2009-2012) Or actually tried fitting them?

18" wheels won't fit over the front brakes. They do fit the rears, but that's hardly the point.

There's also only one set of 19" wheels that will fit the 4.4 - these:

Genuine LR D4 19" rims fit over the Brembos. I have GG AT3 in 255/60R19 on D4 rims on my 4.4 TDV8.

I "believe" the new defender 18" steel wheels will fit.

I read it on the internet so it must be true....

Loads of takeoffs around if they do...  Pete

The steel defender option would be interesting if anybody has some that could be tried.

Also after a bit more digging, there is a second 19" option that was specified for the armoured spec. 2010-2012.
I presume that also must of had the brembo brakes.
Looks like a flat 5 spoke. Has anybody here got those on a TDV8? Previously......
