Spotify on Bovee question

Does anyone else have the issue while listening to Spotify through the Bovee bluetooth adapter, that when skipping to the next song using the steering wheel controls, it skips 2 songs rather than 1?

It's a glitch. The other adapter does similar.

If you leave a few seconds between each 'next' command, it should work fine. When you give it several 'next' commands in the space of a few seconds, it can get confused. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

My Inveray, which apparently is the same, is fine.
Might be worth checking Spotify settings?
