Great A Plan Experience

Just thought I’d share my experience with A Plan. After initially having some issues where nobody was getting in touch after the website enquiry, I managed to speak with Dave at their Market Harborough branch, who was super friendly and helpful. I had already had a quote from Adrian Flux which was a good 200-300 quid cheaper than the main insurers through the comparison sites, but was keen to see what A Plan could do to compete given they sponsor the site. Dave got me a quote that was competitive with Adrian Flux but then managed to reduce or remove a couple of admin fees to knock an additional 80 quid or so off, which meant they actually beat my Adrian Flux quote in the end. Very personable service and an absolute dream to deal with compared to the big insurance companies. Well worth giving them a call before renewing your insurance and I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family. A quick shout out to Carlie from A Plan who dealt with my PMs on here and chased things up internally initially too. Cheers. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography

nice one Jim, beginning to think that I should have a look around, so A-Plan are now on my list Smile

on a side note, who is the best for multi car insurance these days, I have 4 cars but can only drive one at a time Smile

yet I still get clobbered - I tried Admiral Multicar and AXA when my renewal came up earlier this year, but they were still more expensive than NFU

When I had a T5 Transporter AF were competitive quote wise but about as much use as a chocolate iron when I made a no-fault claim, difficult to the point of obstructive, wanting me to use their repairers instead of my own whom were actually cheaper as just one example.

AP were a much better quote than AF on renewal but fortunately I never had to test their claims service.

Both were pricy when I got my first RR (L322) so I went with DL & now with NFU.
