Tyre size issues for 22" Olympus overfinch alloy HELP P

Hi guys, just purchased my 2nd Fatty. 2011 4.4V8 Vogue with Overfinch bodykit and 22 Olympus Alloys. It is currently running on 285/35/22R tyres.

As I need to get a few bits and pieces done on it and don't many miles and am not a speed freak i'm looking at budget tyres to put me on for 12 months.

My question is can i go to 295/40/22 or 305/45/22 without any issues or are the tyres going to rub. The reason for upping the tyre size is just to get more rubber between the road and the alloys to protect them more if hitting pot holes and bumps etc.

Thanks in advance guys oh these are what I am looking at, so any input would be great, I dont do any off roading.
