For those that have given back their car to the JLR dealer what was their charges on a sale or return as their fee?

My dealer is saying its £5k but I have heard that some are taking a % of the sale price?

My salesman told me £1500.00 SOR fee twice during conversations but the sales manager wanted £5k which I paid. I wouldn't entertain a % percentage fee as they don't exactly have to do much prep or finance the thing, easy money. Current fleet:
