Cold morning a few weeks ago and the car started fine, left running to defrost and suddenly stopped. Started again and only ran for 10 seconds or so (rev counter did not move!). This happened several times before I gave up. Few days later same again, charged battery (2 years old) did the same. Battery voltage is 13.8v but OBD reads it as 11.48v. Now it will not start or turn over. OBD says fuel rail pressure is 69psi, which sounds very low to me. Anybody have any ideas? New battery? I just want to get going and probably sell it.
